BlockBeats News, May 1st, Anthropic's Claude announced that the code security tool Claude Security has begun public beta testing for Claude Enterprise users.
The official announcement stated that Claude Security can scan for security vulnerabilities in code repositories, perform secondary validation of detection results to reduce false positives, and automatically generate repair solutions for developer review and approval. Anthropic stated that this tool can be used for code security audits without requiring API integration or self-built agents, using Claude Opus 4.7 directly.
Anthropic revealed that since the release of the research preview version in February of this year, hundreds of organizations have been using Claude Security in production environments and have discovered issues missed by traditional scanners. Based on user feedback, the team has added new features such as scheduled scanning, directory-level scanning, CSV/Markdown export, and Webhook notifications.
