BlockBeats News, February 21st. Zhipu, the owner of the AI programming subscription plan GLM Coding Plan, issued an apology letter and announced a resolution and compensation plan. Zhipu stated that this revision mainly involved three errors: insufficient rule transparency, slow GLM-5 grayscale pace, and rough design of the old user upgrade mechanism. After the release of GLM-5, the traffic exceeded expectations, and the expansion pace did not keep up. It is not allowed to gradually open GLM-5 in the order of Max, Pro, Lite. Currently, Max users have been fully opened, Pro users have been opened, but may encounter rate limiting due to high cluster load during peak hours, and Lite users will be gradually opened in the grayscale period after the holiday. For affected Lite and Pro users, Zhipu supports applying for a refund.
