CZ: Twitter account "Weiwei" with 863K followers is a potential scammer, posting multiple photoshopped pictures

BlockBeats News, February 4th, CZ stated in a social media post that the owner of the 863K-follower X account "Wei 威" (@weibnb) may be a potential scammer.

It is reported that "Wei 威" has blocked CZ's X account, with their profile banner featuring a recent photo from a BNB Chain event in Korea, and has repeatedly posted fake photos of themselves with CZ. Their bio claims to have been listed in Forbes Asia and Prestige's 30 Under 30, and to have served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at BNB Chain.

CZ stated that this individual is at best an impersonator, and may even be a scammer.
