These acquisitions will mark Robinhood's official entry into the Indonesian market, accelerating the company's expansion in Southeast Asia and globally.

Buana Capital and PT Pedagang Aset Kripto's main shareholder, Pieter Tanuri, will continue to serve as a strategic advisor to Robinhood.
