Cryptocurrency FinTech company Bankera's founder has been accused of misappropriating ICO funds to buy a mansion.

BlockBeats News, April 29th, according to an OCCRP (Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project) investigation, the three co-founders of the crypto financial technology company Bankera, Vytautas Karalevičius, Justas Dobiliauskas, and Mantas Mockevičius, are suspected of embezzling nearly half of the $114 million raised in the 2018 ICO through a self-owned bank to purchase luxury homes in the French Riviera and Lithuania, as well as issuing millions of euros in personal loans. Despite the denial of fraud by the lawyers, the BNK token dividend promise was terminated in 2022, and the project's promised banking license has not been obtained.

Currently, the fully diluted market value of the BNK token is only about $976,000. (Cointelegraph)
