The whale/institution received and accumulated these 34,000 ETH through platforms like Bitfinex in March 2017 when the price of ETH was only $44, with a total value of $1.5 million.
He/They accumulated ETH just before the rise of ETH that year, and in the following months, the price of ETH surged from double digits to over $1,000.
