Glassnode: BTC Price is 7% Above Short-Term Holder Cost, If Below This Level, It Indicates Weakening Investor Sentiment

BlockBeats News, January 11th, Glassnode posted on social media that Bitcoin's Short-Term Holder (STH) Cost model is crucial for measuring sentiment among new investors. Historically, this model tracks market bottoms during bull cycles and distinguishes between bull and bear markets.

Currently, the BTC price is about 7% above the STH Cost Price ($88,135). If the price remains stable below this level, it may indicate a weakening sentiment among new investors—often a turning point in the market trend.

Glassnode has launched 28 new segmented indicators that help traders accurately identify market bottoms and optimize trading strategies in bull markets by deeply analyzing the behavior of short-term holders.
