ZKsync will airdrop over 3.6 billion ZK tokens next week

BlockBeats news, June 11, according to The Block, ZKsync will airdrop 3.675 billion ZK tokens to early users and adopters next week. Accounting for 17.5% of the total supply of 21 billion ZK tokens.

ZKsync said this will be a one-time airdrop, and users will be able to claim tokens starting next week until January 3, 2025. Contributors will be able to claim from June 24.

Another 49.1% of the token supply will be allocated through the ecosystem plan, of which 17.2% will be allocated to investors and 16.1% will be allocated to the Matter Labs team.
