South Korea's extradition request for Do Kwon rejected by Montenegro court

BlockBeats News, on March 20, according to official sources, the Montenegrin Court of Appeal rejected Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon’s request to overturn the ruling that approved his extradition to South Korea. Do Kwon's lawyer Goran Rodic said extradition is now final (to the United States) and neither the United States nor Kwon can further appeal the decision. He added that there was no timetable for when he would be extradited. A spokesman for the U.S. Department of Justice did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
