HashFlare and Polybius Bank founders will be extradited to the United States.

BlockBeats News, on January 26th, according to forklog, the Estonian government has decided to extradite Sergey Potapenko and Ivan Turygin, founders of cloud mining service HashFlare and digital bank Polybius Bank, to the United States. Tallinn police detained the two entrepreneurs on November 20, 2022, at the request of the FBI. The US Department of Justice has charged them with 18 counts, including cryptocurrency fraud and money laundering involving a total of $575 million.
