Former Cantor Fitzgerald executive launches new CeFi platform Tokenet, aiming to provide services to operators after the approval of BTC spot ETF.
According to BlockBeats news on November 8th, Digital Prime Technologies, founded by former Cantor Fitzgerald executives, has launched a new cryptocurrency lending platform called Tokenet, which aims to provide services to operators after the approval of a Bitcoin spot ETF. Tokenet has allowed customers, including Xapo Bank, to borrow digital assets from companies such as EDX Clearing. Anchorage Digital will act as Tokenet's custodian. The platform also offers risk management tools and chat functions, allowing users to manage their loans. In addition, Digital Prime expects that if a Bitcoin spot ETF is approved in the United States, the ETF issuer will have a huge demand for borrowed Bitcoin, which Tokenet can provide.
