Standard Chartered's subsidiary has teamed up with Nort

SC Ventures, Standard Chartered's innovation and venture capital arm, has reached an agreement with Asset services provider Northern Trust to launch Zodia DKK, an institutional-oriented encrypted Custody solution. Under the agreement, Zodia is expected to begin operations in London in 2021, subject to registration with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and meeting all applicable regulatory requirements and customary closing conditions. At that time, Zodia will provide hosting services for BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, and BCH.
