CoinFLEX creditors sue CoinFLEX CEO, claiming OPNX was not authorized by the board or creditors.

According to BlockBeats news on October 26, CoinDesk reported that the creditors of the cryptocurrency trading platform CoinFLEX have sued CoinFLEX CEO Mark Lamb, accusing him of violating his fiduciary duty to CoinFLEX when launching OPNX, which was later renamed from CoinFLEX. In the document submitted to the Hong Kong civil court by CoinFLEX creditors on October 12, OPNX was referred to as a "competitive enterprise" of CoinFLEX. OPNX was not authorized by the CoinFLEX board of directors or creditors, and Mark Lamb misappropriated the company's intellectual property, technology, customer base, and employees to establish the trading platform. On October 12, a copy of the summons was delivered to its Hong Kong office, which also accused Mark Lamb of acting without authorization when reaching a settlement agreement with Roger Ver.

From GTX to OPNX, Mark Lamb's storm continues.
OPNX, a debt trading platform founded by Su Zhu and others, launched its first Launchpad project Raiser (RZR), and all OX pledgers will share 10% of the RZR supply allocation.
We do not have the ability to change people's perception of OPNX, especially in light of so many market scandals. What we are trying to do is provide and execute what we believe is the best product and benefit people from it.
