TFH联创: Worldcoin has yet to become a mainstream application, with regulatory issues being the main obstacle to its promotion.
BlockBeats reported on September 14th that Alex Blania, co-founder and CEO of Tools for Humanity (TFH), the parent company of Worldcoin, spoke at the "Virtual Fireside Chat: Sam Altman" session during Token2049 in Singapore. He stated, "Communicating with regulatory agencies, policy makers, and regulators, especially after Worldcoin's official launch, is an important part of my current work. I want to make it clear that, especially last year, the entire industry went through a difficult period. I visited many countries where they were really trying to figure out a general regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies. We all know the situation in the United States, but similar situations are happening all over the world, and parliaments and ministers in various countries are discussing how to regulate cryptocurrencies as a whole. Honestly, a large part of my conversations with people involve this issue, but I believe progress will be made and it must be made relatively quickly. I think Worldcoin has accelerated this process to some extent in some countries, and we will continue to provide assistance and communicate with as many people as possible. Currently, I think the main issue we all face is that most of the products we have developed have not yet become mainstream. Or, in fact, very few products have become mainstream. But I think this will change."
