Messari: Avalanche's Q2 revenue increased by 173.1% QoQ, while TVL decreased by 19.4% QoQ.
BlockBeats reported on July 21st that Messari released the Avalanche Q2 2023 report, which showed that the daily active addresses and transaction volume on the Avalanche C chain increased by 132.1% and 162.2%, respectively. AVAX revenue increased by 173.1% (150.3% in USD terms). The increase in revenue is partly due to a 5.9% increase in transaction fees, but mainly due to the increase in LayerZero activity.
The TVL denominated in USD on Avalanche decreased by 19.4% compared to the previous period, but the TVL denominated in AVAX increased by 9.7%, indicating that new capital inflows are driving the TVL to rise relative to the asset price denominated in USD. The sales volume of Avalanche NFTs in Q2 2023 decreased by 38.3% compared to the previous period, and the number of independent NFT buyers decreased by 49.8%.
