Conflux has partnered with World Mobile to jointly develop a blockchain-based SIM card.

BlockBeats News, on July 20th, Conflux announced a partnership with the blockchain-based global mobile network World Mobile, and the two companies will first cooperate in four areas: 1. Public bridging: World Mobile Token (WMT) will be bridged from the Cardano blockchain to the Conflux blockchain ecosystem. 2. Technical integration: World Mobile and Conflux will collaborate on the integration of EarthNode functionality and financial settlement into the Conflux network, on the basis of the technical integration between the Conflux network and World Mobile's AyA sidechain. 3. Expansion in Asia and Africa markets: Conflux and World Mobile will leverage the influence of both companies in the Asia and Africa markets to improve connectivity, promote user acquisition, and further market penetration. 4. Development of blockchain-based SIM cards: World Mobile and Conflux will collaborate to research how mobile networks can best utilize Conflux-based SIM cards to increase access to global digital connectivity.
