0xb154 whale transferred 23,085 ETH to Binance.

According to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, a whale with an address starting with 0xb154 transferred 23,085 ETH (approximately $44.16 million) from Binance to the same address about half an hour ago on May 29th. This transfer was made between May 25th and May 28th. Previously, on May 9th, the same whale transferred 21,000 ETH (approximately $39.26 million) and 2.76 million ARB (approximately $3.37 million) to Binance at 1:10 am. The ETH price started to drop from 1:30 am onwards. In addition, this whale was also the seller at the previous ARB high point: they transferred 9.94 million ARB to Binance for sale on April 16th, and then withdrew 5,985 ETH from Binance.
