The 2023 Ethereum Devcon conference will be held in Istanbul in November.

BlockBeats reported on April 20th that the Ethereum Foundation announced plans to hold the Devconnect conference in Istanbul, Turkey from November 13th to 19th this year. Devconnect is structured differently from Devcon and consists of many individual activities organized by the community, each exploring a specific theme. The Ethereum Foundation stated that the main reason for choosing Istanbul as the host city for Devconnect 2023 is its unique position as a bridge between East and West, convenient transportation, and a rich local community and numerous blockchain clubs for students. In addition, Istanbul's unique blend of history, culture, and modernity will provide a good environment for the global Ethereum developer community and promote innovation in Ethereum. Previously, the Ethereum Foundation organized the first Ethereum Devconnect conference in Amsterdam in 2022.
