Devconnect 2023 conference is held in Istanbul from November 13th to 19th. Today is the third day of the event. Many KOLs have flown to Istanbul to attend the conference. Let's see what they have experienced and felt during the conference.

Conference Information

On November 14th, Vitalik Buterin gave a speech titled "Exit games for EVM validiums: the return of Plasma" at L2DAYS in Istanbul, and later updated a blog post with the same title.

As the L2 landscape becomes more centralized, Vitalik has once again proposed the Plasma solution and explored more possibilities for Ethereum scalability by combining it with zk-SNARK proofs.
