ConsenSys has released the public version of the Ethereum Shanghai upgrade commemorative NFT on the Ethereum blockchain, which will be available for 72 hours.
BlockBeats reported on April 13th that ConsenSys has now opened the public version of the Ethereum, Evolved: Shanghai NFT series on the Ethereum blockchain, which is a decentralized self-custody protocol for safeguarding digital assets from theft and private key compromise. The minting window will be open for 72 hours, and any user can claim the NFT for free using their MetaMask wallet, but will need to pay gas fees.
This series will include both commemorative and public versions, with the commemorative version being airdropped to Ethereum core developers on April 13th. Previously, in September of last year, ConsenSys released the Regenesis NFT series to commemorate the Ethereum merger, with a total of approximately 327,600 public versions minted.
