Do Kwon, Terra's founder, has left Singapore and flown to unknown territory via Dubai

According to BlockBeats, on October 20, South Korean prosecutors confirmed that Terra founder and CEO Do Kwon had left Singapore and flown to an unknown region via Dubai. The department and South Korean police have asked countries neighboring Dubai to help track down Do Kwon. The whereabouts of Do Kwon have been unknown since Terra's collapse in early May, while many assumed he was in Singapore. The Seoul Nam-gu Prosecutors' Office has issued an arrest warrant for him, is in the process of invalidating his passport and has asked Interpol to issue a "red notice" against Kwon.
