BlockBeats: Edgeware, a well-known project of poka ecology, announced that it will restart the main network 1.0 on February 12. Meanwhile, Commonwealth, a startup focusing on governance, will launch new features including governance, financing and community management.

Edgeware officials say they plan to launch a new "micro-financing" mechanism, similar to the Quora/Twitter interface, where users can express their ideas and get a small EDG.
