Was the third "tulip trust" document the trigger for the market?

According to BlockBeats, Dr Craig Wright recently submitted 428 documents to the court, including one called "tulip trust III". The case dates back to 2013, after U.S. district court judge Bruce Reinhart allegedly found that Dr. CSW had filed false documents and false statements in court proceedings. He ruled that the late Dave Kleiman owned half of the bitcoin and related intellectual property that Dr. CSW had mined before 2013. Dr. CSW needs to transfer the corresponding amount of bitcoin to Ira Kleiman, brother of Dave Kleiman.

However, Dr CSW later said that the absence of private key access to the relevant bitcoin address made it impossible to surrender $3bn worth of bitcoins at a given time as required by the court. This week the court received 428 documents from Wright, including one called the tulip trust III, which was flagged as confidential.
