Will the jenks come back?

Jenks, co-founder and former chairman of bitland, filed the lawsuit in cayman, according to bloomberg. In December jenk filed a summons in the cayman islands court asking the court to cancel the outcome of a shareholders' meeting held in November. The general meeting of shareholders cancelled the original 10 votes per share, to 1 vote per share.

A person familiar with the matter told wu that blockchain confirmed the news, adding that the company has hired lawyers from Beijing, Hong Kong and cayman to participate in the lawsuit. The lawsuit also revealed two key steps that wu jihan took to remove zhan ketuan from office: the first step was to remove the legal person status of zhan ketuan Beijing company through the Hong Kong company, and the second step was to cancel the b-share voting rights of zhan ketuan through the general meeting of shareholders.

According to the public information at the time of the IPO in Hong Kong, bitmainland cayman had previously implemented the AB share system, with 59.6% voting rights for zhan ketuan, 33.5% for wu jihan and 6.9% for other shareholders. After cancelling the voting rights of zhan ketuan, the shareholding structure of bit mainland is roughly as follows, with wu jihan occupying an absolute advantage. (wu says blockchain)
