Hong Kong, September 9, 2026 — Real-world asset (RWA) investment platform Oria today announced its product strategy centered on Oria.xyz. Oria.xyz is Oria's digital asset investment platform for individual users, offering USD-denominated investment products backed by yield-generating real-world assets, and integrating account registration, identity verification, product subscription, and position tracking into a single interface for one-stop management. Eligible users can start investing with as little as $100, with opportunities to receive new user and referral rewards, subject to campaign terms.

As part of this strategy, Oria is continuously strengthening its connections with licensed financial infrastructure and wallet distribution channels: the company has established an institutional business partnership with EX.IO and has integrated its wallet-native dApp (decentralized application) into Bitget Wallet. In the future, Oria plans to continue expanding ecosystem partnerships with licensed digital asset platforms, wallets, stablecoin service providers, infrastructure partners, and other distribution channels.

"Stablecoins have made holding and transferring USD assets more convenient, but there are still barriers to evaluating investment opportunities," said Michael, Head of Marketing at Oria. "Through Oria.xyz, we aim to simplify the investment process and give users a clear understanding of the underlying assets and product structures of each investment."

Investment Products Backed by Real-World Assets

Oria connects digital assets with investment opportunities supported by real economic activity. Its credit investment strategy draws on a decade of consumer finance operating experience, covering asset acquisition, pricing, and risk management.

The underlying assets of Oria's investment products include Mexican consumer credit assets managed by ZEKERHEID FINANCIERA, S.A. DE C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. The company is a SOFOM (Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Múltiple, Mexico's multi-purpose financial company). Oria's credit strategy employs a senior/subordinated tranching structure: the asset originator retains a subordinated interest, and this subordinated interest absorbs losses first before senior investments are affected.

This structure requires the subordinated interest held by the asset originator to bear the initial losses of the investment portfolio first, thereby aligning the originator's interests with those of investors. The specific terms, risk factors, expected returns, and liquidity arrangements of different products will be disclosed separately and may vary by product.

Oria adopts a tokenized fund structure that supports on-chain verification, with fund holdings and related cash flow records all verifiable on-chain. Users can review product information via Oria.xyz and, after completing registration, view their holdings and investment performance.

Dual Entry Points: Account-Based and Wallet-Native

Oria.xyz is Oria's primary platform for users who prefer a guided, account-based investment experience. At the same time, Oria is gradually rolling out a wallet-native dApp version to serve users who wish to access investment opportunities directly through digital wallets.

The wallet-native interface complements Oria.xyz and will in the future be used to support connections with wallet service providers, distribution partners, and more on-chain investment opportunities. Together, the two interfaces reflect Oria's product philosophy of serving different user preferences and accommodating different levels of digital asset familiarity.

Institutional Partnership: Completing EX.IO Account Opening and First Subscription

Oria has completed institutional account opening at EX.IO. EX.IO is a virtual asset trading platform licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). In the initial business process, Oria converted USDT to USD through EX.IO and subscribed to
TKUSD — the tokenized Class T shares of the Taikang Kaitai US Dollar Money Market Fund.

This transaction demonstrates a viable path to connecting stablecoin liquidity with regulated tokenized investment products through licensed third-party infrastructure, and echoes Oria's long-term goal of building practical connections between digital assets and traditional financial products.

Oria adopts a compliance model anchored in licensed partners: all activities requiring regulatory permission — including virtual asset trading, currency exchange, custody, product distribution, or asset origination — are carried out by institutions with the corresponding qualifications, subject to their account opening review, user eligibility, and jurisdictional requirements. The regulatory qualifications of any third-party institution apply only to the services it provides itself and do not constitute the granting or transfer of any regulatory license to Oria.

Beyond collaborating with licensed partners, Oria is also advancing its own independent licensing efforts: Oria already holds a Cayman Islands fund license and is applying for a Cayman VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) license. The VASP license is approved and issued by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) under the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act. Currently, only seven such licenses have been issued in the Cayman Islands, making it one of the most prestigious and stringent regulatory qualifications in the global digital asset industry. Applicants must meet strict capital, governance, and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) compliance requirements, and only upon approval may they lawfully conduct virtual asset and fiat currency exchange, virtual asset transfer, and custody businesses in the Cayman Islands. For Oria, once the VASP license is secured, the platform will advance from "relying on licensed partners" to "being licensed itself," directly undertaking virtual asset services under international regulatory standards and providing stronger compliance trust endorsement for both institutional and individual users. The application is currently in progress, and the final outcome is subject to Cayman regulatory approval.

"Our goal is to combine a seamless user experience with trusted institutional infrastructure," said Michael. "The collaboration with EX.IO is an important step in our exploration of a more efficient and compliant way to connect stablecoins with regulated investment products."

Wallet Ecosystem: Integration with Bitget Wallet

Oria's wallet-native dApp has been integrated with Bitget Wallet, allowing users to discover Oria directly within the wallet and connect to its on-chain applications. This integration further expands Oria's reach among self-custody (private key self-held) users while preserving the wallet-native investment experience.

This integration primarily focuses on dApp discovery and wallet connectivity. When accessing Oria products, users must still comply with Oria's product terms, risk disclosures, smart contract interaction rules, and eligibility requirements.

Looking ahead, Oria plans to establish connections with more wallet service providers, licensed digital asset platforms, stablecoin ecosystems, and distribution partners. These collaborations are expected to further expand product reach, enhance asset connectivity efficiency, and provide more opportunities for eligible users to participate in RWA investments. All subsequent collaborations will be launched after completing commercial, technical, compliance, and security reviews.

Exploring Payments and Cross-Border Remittances

Oria is exploring payments and cross-border remittances as potential new services for its investment platform, with the goal of connecting digital dollar holding and investment with transfer and everyday spending scenarios. These services remain part of Oria's overall product strategy, and specific launch timelines, service scope, and available regions will be announced separately in due course.

"Our long-term goal is to enable users to hold, invest, and use digital assets within a set of interconnected product experiences," Michael added. "We will gradually make each service more intuitive and easier to use, achieving this goal step by step."
