On August 13, the top Dota 2 teams from around the world will take to the stage to compete for the coveted Championship Aegis.

Participate in The Predict International, where you can follow your supported team throughout the group stage, playoffs, and post-season, and make predictions for each match. Additionally, you have the opportunity to share a prize pool of 100,000 USDT and 5,000,000 Predict Points (PP).

How to Participate in The Predict International

The Predict International will rank participants based on Activity Points (AP). The more AP you earn, the higher you will rank on the leaderboard and the more rewards you will receive.

Simply predict on designated match markets to earn AP (viewable here). Click on any match to expand the dropdown and see all the market activities for that match, along with the amount of AP you can earn for each correct prediction.

To earn AP, you need to lock in at least 20 shares before the match starts.

After market settlement, the AP earned from correct predictions will automatically be credited and shown on the "Leaderboard" and "My Points" pages.

Pro Tip: When participating in The Predict International, you don't have to support just one team. The more markets you participate in, the more opportunities you have to earn AP.

How Are Rewards Distributed?

To align with the Dota 2 International schedule, the activity rewards will be distributed in two stages: Group Stage Rewards and Final Rewards.

Group Stage Rewards

Prize Pool: 25,000 USDT and 1,000,000 PP

Event Duration: August 13 to August 16

Group Stage rewards will be distributed after the group stage and playoffs conclude.

The AP earned in this stage will carry over to the post-season, and points will not reset.

Final Rewards

Prize Pool: 75,000 USDT and 4,000,000 PP

Event Duration: August 20 to August 23

After the two final qualifying teams complete the Best of 5 (BO5) finals, the final rewards will be distributed.

FAQ

Why didn't I receive points for participating in Dota 2 market transactions?

Only designated markets shown in the event center are eligible to receive Activity Points (AP).

To earn AP, you need to buy shares in these markets and lock them in.

What qualifies as a valid lock-in?

You must lock in at least 20 shares in a single transaction and hold them until market settlement.

If the available shares for locking are less than 20, the "Lock In" button will remain disabled.

Will locking in more shares earn more points?

No. 20 shares is just the minimum lock-in threshold, not a multiplier of points. Each market corresponds to a fixed amount of Activity Points, and each user can only earn points once per market. Therefore, locking in 200 shares will earn the same points as locking in 20 shares.

Do I need to manually claim Activity Points?

No, you do not. Once the market you locked in settles, the system will automatically calculate and display your Activity Points. Only rewards from the group stage and final rewards need to be manually claimed.

Will my points be reset after the group stage ends?

No, they will not. The rewards for the two stages are settled separately, but the points will continue to accumulate; all points earned since the start of the event will count towards the final reward ranking. A snapshot of the leaderboard will be taken at a specified time after each stage, and rewards for that stage will be distributed based on this snapshot.
