Nebula3 GameFi Receives $5.4M Investment and Ecosystem Grant to Expand Multi-chain Web3 Gaming Platform

Nebula3 GameFi has announced that it has successfully raised $5.4 million through a combination of strategic investment and ecosystem grants. Participants in this round include key Web3 ecosystem institutions and investors such as the Kaia Foundation, Immutable X, Starknet Foundation, SIG Labs, and Nexa Capital.

Nebula3 GameFi is a multi-chain GameFi platform that focuses on rebuilding market-validated Web2 indie games into Web3 games. Through a co-development model and milestone-based support mechanism, the platform assists game developers in transforming existing games into blockchain gaming experiences while significantly reducing development time and costs.

One of its flagship works, "The Fox Seeks Friends," has been selected as a Kaia First Wave dApp. Since its launch, the game has attracted over 640,000 users and has ranked in the top 15 on Dapp Portal, demonstrating strong growth momentum within the Kaia ecosystem.

Another game, "Claw Machine," was launched on Starknet and attracted 33,000 users in its first month, with a daily active user (DAU) count of 10,000.

Nebula3 GameFi is currently preparing for a Token Generation Event (TGE) in the first quarter and plans to release three new games within this year, further expanding its Web3 gaming ecosystem.

Currently, Nebula3 GameFi has partnered with five game development studios from four countries to continue building a global game distribution pipeline that rebuilds and deploys Web2 games onto multiple blockchain networks.
