Manta Network has recently gained a lot of attention through its New Paradigm staking model, which is similar to BLAST.

With the recommendation of 0xJamesXXX, I started researching on December 12th and made my first pledge on December 18th. At that time, it was only less than 20 million US dollars, but it skyrocketed to 850 million US dollars in just one month.

It has now been announced that it is online on Binance, and it can be confirmed that it should have a good return on investment. This is considered one of the more successful bets of the year.

What is Manta Pacific?

Manta Network is the gateway for modular ZK applications. It utilizes modular blockchain and zkEVM to establish a new paradigm for L2 smart contract platforms, creating a modular ecosystem for the next generation of dApps. Currently, it provides two networks:

MANTA is the native utility token of Manta Network, used for:

Management: MANTA token holders can vote on network management decisions for Manta Pacific and Manta Atlantic.

Calibration: MANTA positioning helps ensure the overall security of the Manta Atlantic network.
Network usage fee: Manta Atlantic uses MANTA to pay transaction fees.

Native liquidity and collateral: MANTA tokens can be used as local liquidity and collateral in the Manta ecosystem services.

三、MANTA Token Overview

The initial total supply of MANTA is 1 billion, with a 2% annual increase in supply since the token's initial issuance. The circulating supply after listing is approximately 251,000,000 (about 25.1% of the total token supply).

The project has raised $60.4 million through private and public token sales.

In private token sales, 24.11% of MANTA tokens were sold at prices ranging from 0.025 to 0.5 USD/MANTA, while in public sales, 8% of MANTA tokens were sold at a price of 0.36 USD/MANTA.

It is worth mentioning that 6.5% of the tokens were given as staking rewards, and 3% were allocated for listing on top-tier exchanges. This shows great vision!

Four, Price Prediction upon Launch

According to data from L2 Beat, Manta's TVL has reached $559M, surpassing popular L2 public chains such as Linea and Starknet Base, and currently ranking fourth. From on-chain data and ecosystem development, Manta has seen significant growth in daily active users, ecosystem development, and TVL over the past three months. In terms of market capitalization and popularity, compared to other balanced public chains, Manta's listing price is expected to be between 2-3U, with the potential to exceed expectations if it performs well, but it is unlikely to exceed 4U.
