BlockBeats News, September 28th, the application period for the first round of funding for Arbitrum's short-term incentive plan ended at 11:59 on September 28th Beijing time, with a total of 106 projects submitted during this period. It is reported that the review period for the first round of funding will be from 24:00 on September 28th Beijing time to 11:59 on October 5th, followed by a week of voting.
BlockBeats reported on September 4th that the Arbitrum Incentive Working Group submitted an AIP proposal titled "Arbitrum Short-Term Incentive Plan" on the Arbitrum community forum. The proposal aims to allocate up to 75 million ARB tokens from the DAO treasury as rewards to active Arbitrum protocol participants to meet the short-term needs of the community. The proposal was voted on and ended with 0 votes against on September 18th.

September 25th, the $56 million ARB airdrop went unclaimed and was transferred to the DAO treasury. As a result, the project's "ecosystem arbitrage" behavior has become more frequent.

September 27th, Web3 on-chain incentive platform RabbitHole proposed in the Arbitrum community to apply for a grant of 1 million ARB from the DAO treasury.

On September 28th, GMX submitted a detailed funding application to Arbitrum, requesting up to 14 million ARB tokens in funding. That same day, Camelot applied for up to 3.09 million ARB tokens in funding from the Arbitrum community, while Pendle Finance also submitted a 2 million ARB Lighthouse funding application to the Arbitrum community.
