Microsoft announced that the new version of Bing uses an upgraded AI language model called GPT-3.5, which is more powerful than the GPT-3.5 currently used by ChatGPT. It can utilize the latest information and provide better answers to users' search queries through annotated responses.

Stern said that when searching for questions about the Grammy Awards and Beyoncé's concerts in the search box of the new version of Bing, accurate answers are provided. More importantly, Bing now has rich knowledge of the entire world, including the internet.

Now it is too early to assert the winner of this artificial intelligence search competition. However, after seeing the operation of the new version of Bing, I can confidently say that the way we obtain information and our interaction with computers are undergoing significant changes.

In fact, Stern has already started using ChatGPT to help with listing interview questions, writing emails, columns, and creating video scripts.

Stern also found that in the "Compose" tab of the panel, people can have it write anything they want - emails to their bosses, Facebook posts, answers to job applications. People can choose different tones (enthusiastic, professional, interesting, etc.), lengths (short, medium, long), and formats (paragraphs, emails, blog posts, project lists).

Stern said that Microsoft CEO Nadella told her in an interview that Google has always dominated the search field, but now a new competition is starting with new platform technology.
