Read this article in 16 Minutes
The project involves carbon credits, NFT, DAO tools, etc.

Original title: "Inventory of 13 projects shortlisted for ETHGlobal San Francisco finals"
Original author: Shi Wen
Original source: Odaily Planet Daily< /blockquote>

ETHGlobal is one of the largest Ethereum communities in the world, holding hackathon competitions around the world, through the support of the Ethereum Foundation and other sponsors to make innovative , Disruptive projects can be created quickly. At hackathons, developers can learn new skills, strengthen community building, enrich the Ethereum ecosystem, and push the limits of new technologies.

This ETHGlobal San Francisco station starts from November 4 to It ended on November 6th, and after 3 days of intense competition, 13 projects were shortlisted for the finals.

Mundo - Realizing Carbon Cross-chain of credit assets

Mundo allows users on Polygon to purchase carbon credits from any other EVM chain, thus realizing cross-chain of carbon credit assets.

This project uses Hyperlane's bridging technology to transfer digital carbon credit assets across Polygon, Optimism, Celo and other underlying layers. Mundo has a "payment terminal" function between each chain, and each payment terminal is connected to the Chainlink oracle to ensure price stability, and then through the settlement layer Hyperlane to realize the real cross-chain of carbon credit assets. Currently, Mundo has deployed 4 payment terminals on Polygon, Celo and Optimism.

In addition, Mundo also has a positioning function, you can see the carbon footprint of a certain project in the world, to show users Demonstrate the areas they support financially. For new users, Mundo can also connect a wallet address or ENS and evaluate your current on-chain carbon credits.

FuelScape— — Combining the classic RuneScape game with the blockchain

FuelScape uses the scalability of the Fuel VM execution layer to combine the classic RuneScape gameplay with the decentralized Blockchain game state combined. Players can associate wallets with their in-game names. Each project represents a different token (using a standard similar to ERC1151 on EVM). The chain state of the token is synchronized with the game state. When a player logs in, their inventory is retrieved from the chain state, and the wallet is locked for in-game transfers of assets. During the game, the player's on-chain inventory will be updated in real time. When a player logs out, his wallet is unlocked and his inventory remains available outside the game.

BB3 - BEEP3R——Text to Mint project that can mint NFT by sending SMS

BB3 - BEEP3R is an NFT project that can mint by sending SMS . Players can mint their own BEEP3R NFT in seconds by texting 205-883-8339. BEEP3R NFT is a dynamic NFT, an upgradeable ERC721 smart contract deployed to the ETH mainnet. It can present all the latest broadcast news in real time on Opensea and other NFT marketplaces. So you can see messages from your friends and other BEEP3R owners directly in the NFT.

DAOCensus— — Enabling Decentralized Hosting for DAO Projects

Currently, most dApps are hosted in a centralized manner and managed by a small number of administrators. These issues go against the philosophy of DAOs and limit their development. DAOCensus has designed an architecture that enables DAOs to decentralize hosted dApps. Specifically, anyone who is authenticated on Worldcoin can propose an update to the dApp, which will be deployed on IPFS and accessed using an ENS address. DAO members need to vote on the proposal to decide whether the update should be accepted. If the vote passes, a new version of the project is marked as "whitelisted" and then deployed by the DAO. Finally, DAO members can use DAOCensus, a browser extension, to verify that a project is whitelisted, and if not, users visiting the site will be alerted.

Melo Vault - Allows semi-anonymous voting on NFT collections

This project allows you to semi-anonymously vote for an NFT collection. You can use Melo to create proposals on-chain, and Melo will collect signatures off-chain. ZK proofs are then used to ensure that the person who created the proposal reaches a consensus with the NFT holders to execute the proposal on the chain. Throughout the process, Melo uses Ethereum storage certificates and ECDSA signatures to verify the identity of NFT holders and the attribution of NFT ownership, thereby achieving semi-anonymous voting.

Org3— —Organization management tool based on ENS subdomain

This project is a Web3 organization management tool based on ENS subdomain, using ENS smart contract and subdomain technology, while The Graph protocol is used to quickly query and update ENS domains and subdomains; IPFS is used to save encrypted files, and the lit protocol is used to encrypt and decrypt identities.

It has many advantages: intuitive organizational management structure; secure wallet connection, administrator and access control; cheap, no Make and distribute Token and NFT.

UNIC— —Scanning to Verify Authenticity of NFT Assets

UNIC offers a solution centered around stealth signatures. It is similar to a QR code and can be detected by a smartphone camera. With the UNIC mobile application, users can verify the authenticity of the NFT by themselves in seconds by simply scanning it, without having to trace the contract address and check the token information. and verify blockchain history. This way assets can be accurately verified across platforms or off-chain.

ZK Section 9——Bringing AI-generated content to Web3

ZK Section 9 is created for on-chain AI-generated content A machine learning model, and then encode the art generation process of the model into an arithmetic for the zk-SNARK prover on the chain, which can be used to convert almost any AI algorithm into a zero-based algorithm that is easy to integrate with the blockchain. Proof of Knowledge, enabling AI-generated content to be brought to Web3.

Cambria——real-time simulation of  DeFi  and NFT activities on the chain

< /p>

Cambria can display the real-time activities of DeFi and NFT on the chain in a 1:1 manner in the metaverse mode. Cambria mirrors each user of dApps and protocols as characters in a 2D virtual Metaverse world. These roles can interact with contract functions for on-chain interaction. Reflected on the front end, people can watch 1:1 chain cross-chain activities in the game, and all game NPCs are real people who interact with Web3 in real life.

Peekaboo - NFT blind auction built on Ethereum and Optimism

Peekaboo  is built on Ethereum and Optimism Blind NFT Auction. Allow anyone to reveal all bids after the auction has concluded. Only one reveal is required on the chain, which is to announce the winning bid. Compared with existing NFT auctions, Peekaboo's auctions have lower amortized costs and a more seamless user experience.

Decentral Couch - Decentralized Airbnb

In Decentral Couch, book a room Proof of identity/gender of both parties is verified via Zk passport using Polygon ID. Once the guest is authenticated, the "insta-book" feature can be enabled. For example, a host could allow anyone who can prove they meet certain criteria to book their room on insta-book.

SwallowProject——Build Web3 shortcut tools for non-engineer users

The SwallowProject project helps non-engineer users build data on the chain without code small parts.

It is trying to solve the following 2 problems:

1. It is difficult for non-engineer users Execute complex transactions and query data on-chain.

2. The Graph, Dune, etc. are great tools for developers, but still difficult for non-engineers.

So, SwallowProject  decided to build a Web3 shortcut tool for non-engineer users. This project allows engineers to build shortcuts into toolkits that can be made available to non-engineers. Engineers can use their development skills to build shortcuts on the open platform of  SwallowProject , and make money by selling toolkits.

Snapchain - infrastructure for managing ephemeral blockchain

Snapchain is building a Infrastructure for creating and managing ephemeral blockchains such as testnets.

On Snapchain, users create new chains by specifying the desired TTL, network name, and currency symbol. Created chains are assigned a chain ID and RPC URL. The chain remains active until the TTL expires or is manually stopped. If the chain is exhausted, the user can manually stop the chain and get refunded for the remaining time. After a chain is manually stopped or reaches its TTL expiration, there is a mandatory 7-day grace period for security and auditing purposes. Once this grace period has passed, the chain is destroyed.
