This week, several new projects successfully swept the 24 hours Transaction value leaderboard, which includes Aranda/Lasch's Primities (an Art Blocks project), Degenheim, Mothz (WenLamp), Splat and Down Market Duck. It was a little encouraging to watch, and it made me see a light in the darkness of the bear market.
Let's take a look at this week's trading volume rankings again. Third, Otherdeed was fourth and Nyolings (a new project) was fifth.

NFTs have many application scenarios, one of which is often controversial is the idea of linking them to physical products.
This week, a house in South Carolina, USA, was traded for $175,000, and the transfer of ownership was carried out through an NFT sale. The transaction took place on a real estate-focused NFT marketplace that Roofstock built in partnership with OriginProtocol, and they believe one of the benefits of this method of trading is a 50% savings on selling fees. During the last bull market, there was a lot of hype around crypto startups planning to tokenize real estate and Hope to own a certain percentage of real estate by purchasing Token. These ideas are outdated by now, but NFTs seem to have real, valid use cases in the real estate industry, as well as in many other industries. I think this is a very dynamic field and I look forward to seeing how it develops in the future.
TIP OF THE WEEK: 30 DAYS OF NFT
This is a new educational initiative from the ZenAcademy team. It's completely free and provides a fantastic opportunity for anyone to gain a solid understanding of NFTs from start to finish.
We all have friends or family members who are interested in NFTs, but find the whole field daunting. They probably don't use Discord or Twitter, and feel that the technical stuff is "out of their reach." This beginners course is to show them that this is not the case.

Anyone attending the course can reply to emails with any questions or feedback. Our goal is that in a month's time, after reading these emails, a person can have an initial understanding of the field so please share this course with anyone you think might benefit from it and enjoy it.
Making this field more accessible to more people in the simplest possible way is what this initiative is all about.
