It's also a two-month-old community. If the definite DAO goal is formed and the creation vote is passed, today is the eighth day of its official birth.

Developer DAO is a community for Web3 builders, providing an educational, social, and collaborative space for Web3 development.

If you haven't mastered Web3 development yet, there are plenty of resources to learn about it and talk to other developers to solve the difficulties. If you're an experienced Web3 developer, talk to your peers in the tech field you're interested in, find a developer in the same city to meet up with, or find a project you're interested in getting involved in.

If you're not a developer at all and just want to get to know some of the latest Web3 projects and see if there's an opportunity to participate in an investment incubator and, I guess, hang out? After all, investment incubation is also construction.

At first glance, it was a developer organization, but after a while of observation, I saw it more as a social DAO, except that most of the social DAO involved were developers. Members come in to learn, dive, exchange skills to improve themselves, hang out with other developers to discover interesting new projects, or start one and get support from other members.

I like their introduction on the Snapshot home page. Build Web3 with Friends, DeveloperDAO is a warm community.

Joining the Discord server requires verification using DEVS, which is an NFT that can be cast for free by contract. There is a limited amount available, but there are still some available.

(Tip: don't hoard a lot of DEVS for nothing, just make one if you want to play, too many DEVS not only waste miners' money, but also harm the diversity of the community.)

It's only two months old, but already there are nearly 2,000 active developers on DeveloperDAO's servers, and the buzz is great. There are heated discussions on all channels, and many enthusiastic developers have started to contribute their efforts to form many ongoing projects.

In general, Developer DAO is still in the very early stage, and has not formed a complete development path and collaboration and governance mechanism. But that's more fun, isn't it? Learn, participate, grow, and watch it grow.
