The data overview

About the Kusama Treasury

The Kusama Treasury is funded by staking through transaction fees, slash funding, inefficient staking (the total current inflation in the Kusama network -- the total amount of tokens derived from staking), etc. If you want to use Kusama funds, you can obtain them by applying for a state Treasury bill, and if the bill is approved by the Kusama Council, you will receive the funds.

The Kusama Treasury is used on the principle of spending as much money as possible without exhausting all the money to fund the application proposals to prosper the tidying up Kusama network and community!

If the Treasury ends a cycle with unspent money, it will be destroyed proportionately, creating deflationary pressures. This percentage is currently 0.2% in Kusama, which is currently given to Kusama communities, such as the tattoo community, rather than being completely destroyed.
