Rhythm BlockBeats news, on January 27, the decentralized wireless communication network Helium announced the addition of 3 third-party manufacturers, namely Nebra, EasyLinkIn and Syncrob.it.
Helium has been working with third-party manufacturer RAKwireless as the exclusive manufacturer of Hotspot miners. However, with the approval of HIP 19, an improvement proposal for the third-party manufacturer approval process, third-party mining machine manufacturers from around the world will be able to produce and sell new differentiated hardware that serves the Helium network in different ways, and can compete with each other. On January 27, three third-party manufacturers benefited from the just-passed HIP 19 and took the lead in launching new products: Nebra, EasyLinkIn and Syncrob.it.
Nebra will release two new HNT miners. The first new product will be a rugged, industrial-grade outdoor miner housed in an IP67-rated enclosure designed to withstand extreme dust, heat, and other harsh conditions. These hotspots feature remote access and have the potential to expand the geographic distribution of Helium's network, bringing connectivity to IoT sensors in underdeveloped areas such as dense forests, beaches and mountaintops. In addition, the company will release an indoor mining machine that will be attractive to users. Both Nebra miners have passed the technical audit and are available for order now.

SyncroB.it will sell a brand new indoor mining rig. The next-generation hotspot features a new, aesthetically pleasing design and enhanced usability features that allow the host to set up and manage the gateway through a web-based dashboard, and run diagnostics and repairs remotely.

EasyLinkIn's Bobcat miner is the latest hotspot to gain community approval and pass technical audit. It is a state-of-the-art LoRaWAN gateway with ultra-low power consumption and a lifetime of about 10 years. Details of the Bobcat miner order will be announced soon.
Parley Labs is a California-based company focused on building, testing, and Verified, Nebra miners will be resold from today. The new mining machines are expected to start work on the market in February 2021.
HIP 19 is already accomplishing its goal of helping expand the network and creating new products that ultimately benefit customers, And unlock new applications for the Helium network. The approval of HIP 19 represents a crucial step forward for the Helium network, which will rapidly increase the capacity of the network and achieve super-linear growth. It will also further decentralize and democratize network participation, which will ultimately continue the cycle of network growth.
The Decentralized Wireless Alliance will continue to support the expansion of the Helium network and support HIP, and incentivize new players to enter the market.
