A CertiK spokesman says THAT BECAUSE Hdac had previously invited CertiK to audit its code base, CertiK was aware of Hdac's plans to build a blockchain solution. This allows CertiK to seek formal cooperation with Hdac. A code base is a collection of source code used to build a software system and ACTS as a general library.
