BlockBeats news, ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin tweeted today that the initial deployment of ethereum's Layer 2 expansion strategy has been "basically" successful, with all that remains is refining and deploying. 3. Tether: just integrated with OMG Network to launch USDT on this Network;

4. Maticnetwork: the main network was launched yesterday;

5. Dharma: open source peer-to-peer payment expansion scheme last Friday;

6. Integration of ORU test network between OptimismPBC and Synthetix;

7. Fuel Labs conducted oru-based Reddit token transfer.
