Tomorrow Crypto, a Crypto miner, plans to list on Nasdaq through a SPAC merger

BlockBeats news, August 4, Tomorrow Crypto Group, an American bitcoin and Ethereum mining company, is seeking to list on Nasdaq through a SPAC (special purpose Acquisition company) with Nasdaq-listed blank check company Globalink Investment, Tomorrow Crypto has an enterprise value of about $310 million. The transaction, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, could generate gross proceeds of over $131.7 million for Tomorrow Crypto, with the net proceeds to be used for working capital and development capital expenditures.
