BlockBeats news, November 5th: On-chain analytics platform Bubblemaps posted that it recently investigated four crypto KOLs and concluded that their wallet activities are not fully consistent with their public narratives, based on Bubblemaps analysis and estimates.
Regarding KOL "Kimchi," who was brought on by Pump.Fun for a partnership, rumors in the community once circulated that he made about $40 million on TRUMP. Based on his public airdrop wallet and associated clusters, Bubblemaps estimates the related profit at about $6 million and questions why he concealed the association.
For crypto KOL Solstice, Bubblemaps said the multiple meme coins he promoted showed bundling characteristics in which dozens of new wallets bought in during the same period, each holding about 0.5% to 1% of the supply, and the public wallet could be traced back to the token deployer.
For crypto KOL Anglio, after analyzing about 534 posts in October, associated wallets bought in an average of about 20 seconds before roughly 61% of his calls and sold quickly afterward, with estimated profits of about $130,000, and he himself has admitted to using this tactic.
For crypto KOL 0xEthan, Bubblemaps said he often sells about three minutes after making a call, with the public wallet and hidden side wallets buying in during the same period, and estimated related profits of about $125,000.
