Analysis: The 'garbled inscriptions' on the Bitcoin blockchain are actually test bot Babel Scribe.

BlockBeats news, October 25 - Galaxy Research posted that for about the past three weeks, someone has been writing ciphertext-like sentences into Bitcoin almost daily, around 40 times, such as "Ieqkenszm aalzrnbgtr…", but statistics show it is not encrypted. In the 562 text segments, the frequency of all 26 letters is approximately 3.6%–4.2%, with an index of coincidence of about 0.0385, close to random. Vigenère-style key length tests also show no peaks, and the word length distribution looks more like "pseudo-prose" made of random letter combinations.

The on-chain behavior of writing "garbled inscriptions" shows bot-like characteristics. Each transaction has a single input, a new change address plus one OP_RETURN, totaling about 31 funding chains, with the longest at 86 hops. Long texts appear about every 6 hours, short texts about every 90 minutes, and daily output has risen from about 12 transactions to about 40, concentrated around confirmations near UTC 05:00, 11:00, 17:00, and 23:00, continuing uninterrupted on weekends and at night.

Galaxy Research estimates that this entity has invested a total of about 3.33 million satoshis, with about 24% already paid as miner fees and about 76% still remaining in its own addresses, with no one receiving payment. The team calls it Babel Scribe, judges that it is testing a data publishing tool on the mainnet rather than transmitting secret messages, and suggests that there is no need to further interpret these texts.
