BlockBeats news, October 20 - Google will update its financial services and products policy. For advertisements promoting crypto trading platforms, crypto wallets, CFDs, and forex services targeting the UAE starting October 21, relevant advertisers must obtain a license from one of CMA, DFSA, FSRA, or VARA, complete Google certification, and comply with other local legal requirements.
For advertisements promoting crypto trading platforms and wallets as complex speculative financial products, the licensing requirement is CMA, DFSA, or FSRA. This policy applies to all relevant advertising accounts globally. In the future, Google will issue a warning for violations first, and may only suspend accounts after at least 7 days.
