Bitcoin life insurance company Meanwhile completes $37 million funding round, led by Bain Capital Crypto.

BlockBeats news, October 9th, according to Axios, Bitcoin life insurance company Meanwhile, backed by Sam Altman, has completed a new round of funding worth $37 million, reaching a valuation of $350 million. This round of funding was led by Bain Capital Crypto, with other participants including Haun Ventures, Framework Ventures, Pantera Capital, Apollo, Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, and Morgan Creek Digital. The funds will be used to meet the demand for Bitcoin-denominated life insurance in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.


Headquartered in Bermuda, Meanwhile is the first life insurance company approved to operate entirely in Bitcoin. Since its establishment, Meanwhile has signed 15 brokerage agencies serving affluent families, covering insurance hubs such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, and Switzerland. Meanwhile's total funding to date has exceeded $180 million.
