BlockBeats news, October 3rd, crypto analyst Ali Charts posted that BTC's previous upward move to around $87,000 was suppressed due to reasons including whales continuously taking profits during the rise, and $87,000 being located at the top of the channel that has persistently capped BTC recently.
Ali Charts stated that during the overall sideways market fluctuation over the past week, Bitcoin whale holdings decreased by about 30,000 BTC, worth approximately $2.52 billion, indicating that some large holders are reducing risk exposure.
Currently, Ali Charts is watching the support area around $82,500 at the lower edge of the BTC channel. He said that if BTC pulls back to that level and whales are observed starting to accumulate again, it could become a signal for him to consider buying the dip, and he looks forward to a subsequent rebound to test resistance near $87,000.
