Anthropic discloses up to $84.5 billion computing power agreement, SPCX rises nearly 2%

BlockBeats news, September 30 - Reuters, citing Anthropic's confidential IPO filings, disclosed that the company's computing power agreement with SpaceX's xAI involves potential expenditures of up to $84.5 billion by 2029 for acquiring computing resources based on Nvidia chips. Most of the agreement can be canceled with 90 days' notice, and the related amounts are not locked-in revenue.

Previously, SpaceX's Starship achieved Earth orbital flight for the first time during its 14th test flight and successfully deployed 26 next-generation Starlink V3 satellites, but the mission ended earlier than planned.
