Beating AI News Flash: Meta has added a set of features and connectors for small businesses to the existing Muse. Alexandr Wang also announced 22 connectors launching that day, including QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Canva, Figma, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, and Vercel.
Once connected, Muse can simultaneously read information from Facebook, Instagram, Meta ad accounts, as well as stores, ledgers, design and collaboration tools. Small businesses can have it analyze sales and ad performance, formulate growth plans, check abnormal spending, manage inventory, and draft marketing content.
These features already have real demand. Vishal Shah, Meta's Vice President of AI Products, revealed that about one-third of early Muse users have already connected some kind of business account. Meta had previously been testing these capabilities and is now officially building them into Muse.
When it comes to publishing content, sending messages, or spending money, Muse still requires user confirmation. Businesses can also connect custom connectors that Meta does not yet support.
