Grok Bot starts working for the entire team: shared tools, memory, and even Slack integration.

动察 Beating AI News Flash: SpaceXAI has launched Team Bots for Grok Bot, turning what was originally a personal AI Agent into an "AI colleague" that an entire team can share. Teams can configure it with files, workflows, plugins, and API credentials, then share it directly with all members. It is currently in public beta for Teams and Enterprise plans.

The same Team Bot can master the team's unified business knowledge, but each person's private chats with it remain isolated from one another. Team members can separately ask it to do work, or pull it into a Slack channel so everyone can ask questions, add context, and view results together. It can also connect to tools like Salesforce, Notion, and GitHub, and retain team knowledge learned from work.

SpaceXAI has already used it internally in sales, engineering, marketing, and data analysis. The engineering Team Bot reads project progress from Slack, Notion, and Linear, automatically creates tickets, and then calls Cursor Cloud Agents to fix issues. SpaceXAI says that while developing Team Bots, a 5-person team used it to coordinate hundreds of Cloud Agents and could submit more than 100 PRs per day.

Previously, Grok Bot was more like a long-term Agent belonging to an individual, able to operate a cloud computer on its own and keep working continuously. What Team Bots adds is the team-sharing layer: everyone no longer needs to reteach the AI separately, and the same set of processes, tools, and business knowledge can live long-term in one Bot.
