Zest Unveils On-Chain Proof of Bitcoin-Collateralized Vault Mainnet Demo

BlockBeats news, September 23: Bitcoin lending protocol Zest Protocol has released "Proof of Mainnet Deployment," with the Bitcoin Collateral Vaults mainnet demo now independently verifiable, publicly disclosing a total of 3 Bitcoin transactions and 7 Ethereum transactions. The product design locks BTC in Bitcoin mainnet vaults without wrapping or cross-chain bridges, and offers stablecoin borrowing on EVM chains such as Ethereum.

This feature is still a mainnet prototype and not fully open for deposits and borrows. The official roadmap will be divided into two phases: Phase 1 uses pre-signed transactions to restrict BTC settlement paths, and Phase 2 transitions to BitVM verification. A working mainnet prototype is currently available, and the team is accelerating full deployment.
