SiliconFlow Secures Two More Funding Rounds: Last Year's Revenue $55.33 Million, This Year's Funding Nearly $2.9 Billion

Beating AI News Flash: SiliconFlow announces the completion of its Series B+ second tranche and Series C funding. It is a third-party AI inference infrastructure company that turns computing power and models into directly callable Token services. The company's cumulative equity financing in 2026 has reached nearly RMB 2.9 billion, with the amounts of the two rounds not disclosed.

Based on 2025 annual Token throughput, SiliconFlow ranks fourth among all Token providers in China, with a share of only 1.5%. The top three, Volcano Engine, Alibaba Cloud, and Baidu AI Cloud, account for 42.7%, 32.5%, and 11.8% respectively, together taking about 87% of the market.

This round's investors have a strong state-owned background. China Internet Investment Fund, China Reform Fund, China Mobile Chain Leader Fund, China Orient Asset International, and others entered, while Yaotu Capital, Shengyi Capital, and Guotai Venture Capital continued to add funding.

SiliconFlow's 2025 revenue was RMB 55.33 million, with a net loss of RMB 345 million and an overall gross margin of -24%. The company submitted its filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at the end of June and is currently applying for a main board listing under Chapter 18C as a "pre-commercial company."

Beijing has just released the country's first provincial-level special policy on the token economy, explicitly proposing to build a "world-class token factory" and listing inference engines, model and chip adaptation, and heterogeneous computing power as key directions.
