Fetch.ai Releases Preliminary Analysis of Vulnerability Incident, Affected Wallets and Contracts Disabled

BlockBeats news, September 20: Fetch.ai stated that an on-chain analysis report regarding the recent exploit incident has now been released. The report traces the full path of the attack, starting from the compromised signing key to the wallet addresses used by the attacker to cash out. Fetch.ai emphasized that the content released so far is not the final analysis. It has jointly disabled the affected wallets and contracts with SingularityNET, and the investigation is still ongoing, with more updates to be announced later.

Previously reported, a hacker successively attacked Fetch.ai and NuNet, causing a cumulative loss of approximately $2 million in crypto assets. Among them, 8.7 million FET (about $1.53 million) were transferred from Fetch.ai, while NuNet had 408.5 million NTX (about $462,700) minted.
