'The Big Short' Michael Burry's Full Holdings: Heavily Long on Consumer Healthcare Stocks, Short on AI Infrastructure

BlockBeats news, September 19 — The real-life prototype of "The Big Short," Michael Burry's complete personal long positions include Lululemon, MercadoLibre, Molina Healthcare, Temple & Webster, among others, with Lululemon and MercadoLibre accounting for 17.4% and 12% of the portfolio respectively; he also holds stocks including Zoetis, Adobe, PayPal, and JD.com.

Burry's short portfolio accounts for over 21% of the portfolio, mainly including Oracle, Palantir, Nebius, Nvidia, SOXX, Micron, and CoreWeave, among other AI and semiconductor-related assets. Meanwhile, he still holds Nvidia call options expiring in December 2026, as well as put options on Palantir and QQQ as hedges.

Additionally, Burry has fully liquidated Flutter, Tesla shorts, Applied Materials shorts, and some Nvidia and Palantir put options, with the Flutter funds reallocated to Lululemon. Overall, his current portfolio is long on value-oriented targets in the consumer and healthcare sectors, while reducing risk through shorting AI infrastructure-related assets, and he has stated a willingness to hold cash and wait for market changes this autumn.
